I’m not a doctor, dietician, diabetic counselor, or professional ballroom instructor. Most of my information comes from life experiences, ranging from a variety of doctor visits, seminars, summer camps, and websites. New concepts are generally linked something relevant on the interwebz when appropriate.
And, honestly, I really just like listening to the sound of my own keyboard. While I may talk a lot about medical jargon, thoughts, and stuff that worked, it may not work for you. You should really just talk to your own doctor about stuff like that.
(Except the ballroom thing. If you want to dance, I highly encourage it.)

On a few of my clothing and subscription box reviews, you’ll see affiliate links to a variety of shopping services and sites I use frequently. If you do click on those, I do get a small credit if you sign up for the service or start shopping. But all thoughts are my own.
